Bavis Fabacraft Targets Q1 for New-Look Electronics and Product Upgrades
Bavis Fabacraft, a leader in the design and manufacture of drive-thru equipment, is pleased to announce the upcoming release of several upgraded products and a refreshed design for Bavis electronics, with a target launch of Q1, 2025. These updates reflect Bavis’s ongoing commitment to innovation, quality and customer satisfaction.
As part of this release, Bavis is introducing a new three-button panel for transaction drawers, replacing the previous two- and three-button panel models, which will be officially sunset. The new buttons are made from a more durable, wear-resistant material and feature an enhanced design that eliminates the need for springs, ensuring smoother, more reliable operation.
Additionally, the TransTrax® teller interface is receiving a significant update. The new design not only incorporates the same wear-resistant buttons as the transaction drawers but also includes an improved button board housing. This enhancement simplifies installation and serviceability, providing a more efficient and user-friendly experience for customers and service techs alike.

In a further expansion of its audio solution set, Bavis is putting the final touches on a new audio console equipped with built-in, noise-cancelling BEAM technology. These advanced units will be available as both one- and two-lane models, and will replace the existing BavSonic console, which did not include BEAM technology. The new consoles promise to deliver superior audio quality and reliability, enhancing the drive-thru experience for both staff and customers.
“We are excited to introduce these significant upgrades and new products to the market,” says Tim Dewell, VP of Product Management at Bavis. “These changes are driven by our commitment to providing our customers with the best possible products, combining durability, ease of use, and cutting-edge technology.”
Detailed information on features and specifications will be released closer to the launch date.
