Bavis Launches Certified Dealer Program

Bavis Certified Dealer Program

BAVIS FABACRAFT LAUNCHES CERTIFIED DEALER PROGRAM TO OFFER PARTNERS NEW GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES FOR SALES, SERVICE AND INSTALLATION.

CINCINNATI, OH, April 15, 2024 - Bavis Fabacraft, a top manufacturer of premium drive-thru and physical security equipment, has launched a new dealer program designed to give approved partners the resources and support to generate more revenue from sales, service and installation opportunities.

“We set out to formalize a way to reward those business partners that currently are, or are wanting to, create exceptional value for themselves, Bavis and our end customers,” Larry Sumpter, CEO of Bavis Fabacraft, explains. “In addition to favorable pricing and terms, we’re investing in first-rate factory training for dealers on all aspects of our products, and we’re going to ensure their success in the field with ongoing access to experts and online knowledge centers.

“That ‘Certified’ designation is going to mean something to customers when they see it: techs and reps with skills they trust, who deliver quality products and services every time.”

The program is ideally suited for businesses selling and servicing retail drive-thru equipment, especially those with a focus on pharmacies, banks, dispensaries and government projects. Candidates must first complete an application and undergo Bavis’ vetting process. If approved, newly onboarded dealers will have access to a number of perks, including:

  • Ability to quote and sell Bavis solutions
  • Discounted pricing with favorable terms
  • Sales, service and installation training at Bavis’ facility
  • Access to sales and marketing enablement resources
  • On-demand expert technical support
  • Lead sharing and custom product configurations
  • Shortened lead times for improved customer satisfaction

“The value of the discounts with the sales margins are all there and very apparent,” says Sumpter. “What I really want to emphasize is how this program is going to elevate the game of your sales reps and field techs. The value of the training and ongoing support and education your people are going to get can’t be oversold.”

While excited about the scope of the program’s initial launch, Sumpter is already looking at what the next evolution of the program might look like.

“We’re going to give the dealers a big voice in how we expand the functionality and value of the program,” he says. “We’re going to see how they use the resources and where they’re generating business, and that’s going to vary from dealer to dealer. So how do we tailor that program to those experiences? That’s what we’re aiming to do next.”

For now, interested businesses can download the application at bavis.com/dealers or email dealers@bavis.com for more information.
